O provocare interesant\u0103 pentru restauratori au fost cele cinci fresce din holul principale de la intrare, ce se aflau \u00eentr-o stare avansat\u0103 de degradare. Fiind pictate direct pe perete, aceastea aveau o deosebit\u0103 valoare artistic\u0103, a\u0219a c\u0103 la readucerea lor la via\u021b\u0103 s-au folosit tehnici specifice operelor de art\u0103. La finalul procesului de restaurare li s-a aplicat un strat transparent de vernis satinat, pentru protec\u021bie. Paleta de culori a finisajelor, unul dintre multele atuuri ale casei, readuce \u00een scen\u0103 aerul rafinat, dar totodat\u0103 lejer, al arhitecturii de \u00eenceput de secol al XX-lea. Culorile sunt vesele, luminoase, decora\u021biunile pictate sau aurite \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streaz\u0103 delicate\u021bea f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eencarce vizual ambian\u021ba interioar\u0103, iar draperiile din m\u0103tase aduc un binevenit plus de confort.<\/p>\n
Succesul procesului minu\u021bios de restaurare la care a fost supus\u0103 este dovedit de premiul sec\u021biunii Restaurare \u0219i Reabilitare, ob\u021binut \u00een cadrul Anualei de Arhitectur\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti, \u00een 2012.<\/p>\n

Spa\u021bioasa proprietate are \u00een componen\u021ba sau patru dormitoare \u0219i trei b\u0103i, dispuse pe 3 etaje, \u0219i este \u00eentins\u0103 pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 365 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi. Picturile din vestibul \u0219i din cele dou\u0103 camere, unul dintre punctele forte ale casei, care-i confer\u0103 unicitate \u0219i stil, au fost restaurate \u0219i tratate \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103-\u0219i p\u0103streze forma original\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 nu se degradeze cu timpul. Tavanele \u0219i holul cu foi\u021ba de aur au fost \u0219i ele ref\u0103cute de c\u0103tre cei mai buni lucr\u0103tori \u00een domeniu. Nici exteriorul casei n-a fost\u00a0 neglijat, curtea trec\u00e2nd \u0219i ea printr-un proces de restaurare integral\u0103.<\/p>\n
O punte \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 secole a fost creat\u0103 prin introducerea unor dot\u0103ri specifice vremurilor \u00een care tr\u0103im, precum accesul la internet \u0219i aparatele de climatizare. Proprietatea, \u00eentins\u0103 pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de aproape 700 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00een 14 camere, dispuse pe 4 etaje. The furniture and lighting element will charm you with their utter elegance. Without being opulent, they were perfectly adjusted to the space they\u2019re in, afer being rehabilitated.<\/p>\n The basement and ground floor have also been totally redone. In parallel with restoring the stuccoes on the ceilings, inchmeal, the decorations on the walls, woodwork, floors and sculptural objects such as wooden stairs and terracotta stoves were also recovered.<\/p>\n An interesting challenge for the restorers were the five frescoes in the main hall at the entrance, found\u00a0in an advanced state of decay. Being painted directly on the wall, they had great artistic value, so specific techniques were used to bring back to life this works of art. At the end of the restoration process a transparent layer of varnished satin was applied on them, for protection. The color palette of the finishings, one of the many advantages of the house, brings back in scene the refined but casual at the same time air of beginning of the 20nd century architecture. The colors are cheerful, bright, painted or gilded decorations retain their visual delicacy without loading the interior ambience and the silk drapes bring a welcomed extra comfort.<\/p>\n The success of the painstaking restoration process has been proven by the\u00a0 award it received in section Restoration and Rehabilitation, at the Bucharest Architecture Annual, in 2012.<\/p>\n The spacious property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, disposed on 3 floors, and is spread over an area of 365 square meters. It is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, water, windows, a fully furnished kitchen and it can be purchased for the amount of EUR 2,200,000.<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0In the central area of Bucharest you will also find this architectural and historical monument, built in the early twentieth century. As the house we’ve shown you above, it had also undergone thorough a renovation process between 2005 and 2008, on which occasion the wiring and the hot and cold water system were restored, to ensure their proper functioning. Two boilers were installed, with pipes accessing to the new radiators.<\/p>\n Restaurateurs have been busy rehabilitating the villa to its smallest details. The house was discovered to the brick, from top to bottom, all around, then \u201ddressed\u201d in an special iron mesh. The plaster was redone. In the basement, the walls were rebuilt so they would ensure permanent ventilation.<\/p>\n The paintings in the hallway and the two rooms, one of the biggest strengths of the house, which give it uniqueness and style, were restored and treated so they could keep the original shape and wouldn’t degrade with time. The ceilings and gold leaf lobby were also restored by the best workers. The exterior wasn’t neglected either. The courtyard also passed through a full restoration process.<\/p>\n A bridge between two centuries was created by the introduction of specific features of our times, such as internet access and air conditioners.
